Free initial consultation: By hiring Ryan, you have a personal chef on your side who’s determined to make each meal fit you and your family’s unique wants and needs. In order to do this successfully, your personal chef service begins with a comprehensive discussion – either in person or over the phone, whichever works best for you – about your favorite foods, dietary restrictions and much more. This conversation enables Ryan to create customized menus that best suit your needs.
Collaborative menu planning: Each week Ryan will send you a proposal for the coming week’s menu, including options for various entrees and side dishes. This is to ensure you’re satisfied with the upcoming week’s offerings and provide you an opportunity to update the menu to best suit your tastes.
Grocery shopping: On your scheduled cook date, Ryan will shop for all the groceries needed to ensure the freshest possible ingredients are used in your meals. Additionally, he is happy to pick up any other items you may need from the store.
Meal preparation: All of the meal preparation will be completed in your kitchen. After each meal is prepared, Ryan packages and refrigerates/freezes each item, as well as provides thawing and reheating instructions. By following these instructions, your meals will be just as delicious as when they were first cooked. When he’s done, Ryan leaves your kitchen clean, your refrigerator full and your house smelling great! Additionally, Ryan is happy to prepare meals with you at home or while you are away, whichever is more convenient for you.

5x1: This package provides five entrees with one serving each; a total of 5 servings. This package provides dinners for one individual for five nights.
Price: $125 + cost of groceries
5x2: This package provides five entrees with two servings each; a total of 10 servings. This package provides dinners for a family of two for five nights.
Price: $150 + cost of groceries
5x3: This package provides five entrees with three servings each; a total of 15 servings. This package provides dinners for a family of three for five nights.
Price: $200 + cost of groceries
5x4: This package includes five entrees with four servings each; a total of 20 servings. This package provides dinners for a family of four for five nights.
Price: $250 + cost of groceries
Note: Please get in touch if you would like to tailor a custom package to fit your needs! Packages can be created for families larger than four, as well as for those who would like fewer than five meals created each week.
Private Parties/Dinners
If you’re looking to make your next party or dinner a bit more special, Ryan would love to create a delicious, tailor-made menu for your event. He’s happy to provide buffet-style food offerings prepared in your home on the day of the event, or to create a multi-course plating experience for you and your guests.
Ryan will discuss the details of your party or dinner with you, then create a menu for you to review and make adjustments to. Ingredients will be sourced as close to the event as possible to ensure the highest quality and freshness – and, of course, Ryan will clean up your kitchen after he’s done, leaving you completely free to enjoy your guests.

Cooking Classes
If there is a certain dish or cuisine you’d like to try your hand at learning to create, it would be Ryan’s pleasure to help guide you toward a delicious final meal. Ryan will discuss in advance what you would like to learn how to cook, and then structure your meal around it. On the day of your lesson, Ryan will shop for the ingredients needed to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Once you have created a memorable meal together, Ryan will begin to clean up so that you may fully enjoy it, whether on your own or with dining companions. This can be a perfect date night or a fun event with a small group of friends.
Price: $40 per hour + cost of groceries
