Eating good food – the kind that excites you, makes you relive a memory, helps you explore something new – is essential in life. As a professional and personal chef, it’s something I care about a lot.
I’m proud to have served as the junior sous chef at Tampa’s Rooster & the Till, a Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand award winner in 2022 and 2023. Prior to Rooster, I served as head chef at Bandit Coffee Co.’s café and, before that, held the role of lead line cook at Ichicoro Ane.
So many people I speak with say they don’t have time to create the food they want to eat, or they don’t think they have the skill to. That’s where I come in. I’m passionate about providing vibrant meals of the highest quality for you and your loved ones. After a long day, I want you to know you have a meal you’re excited about at home for you – filled to the brim with ingredients you love and some you may be experiencing for the first time.
